Board Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Empowered by the Arts Academy will hold a meeting at the following time and location.

The purpose of the board meeting is to consider various administrative matters and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors.

Members of the Board who attend the meeting virtually shall be considered present as if in person at the meeting, are permitted to vote, and will be counted for purposed of determining whether a quorum is present that the meeting. Board Members must be seen and heard clearly and be visible at all times .

Any resolution or formal action of any kind taken during the meeting using video conference or similar electronic technology shall have the same effect as if it occurred during the open meeting of the public body in person.
